Detach Structure
A Detached Structure is any structure that does not share a common wall with the main structure of a home. Detached Structures include garages, sheds, barns, shops, or other structures not attached, such as gazebos and greenhouses. These structures are important to inspect because they are completely exposed to the elements and they may be poorly constructed, posing serious hidden safety concerns.

Walk Through Consultations
Whether buying or selling a home, a Walk-Through Consultation is a great way to give clients insight and understanding of a property at half the cost of a regular inspection. Sellers using this service will gain knowledge of items that may need attention prior to listing for sale. Buyers who use this service will have an opportunity to gain insight into their future investment and comfort in knowing how that investment operates.

Home Inspections
"Do I need a Home Inspection?" This is one question that has stirred some debate among realestate professionals. Let's shed light on this debate by instead asking, "Do I understand Air Transfer and Moisture Diffusion as it relates to a home and it's components?" In addition to answering these questions, a home inspection will inform interested parties on the types and uses of home components, such as the HVAC and Electrical systems on the property. Valuable information for making a purchase decision, and for future maintenance.

Pool and Spa
Pool and Spa inspections look at the functionality and safety of water vessels and their accessories. These inspections identify pump type, cleaning type, electrical safety, and possible safety issues with the water vessel itself, such as cracks and separation around the coping.

Plumbing Scope
A Plumbing Scope Inspection is a way to examine the home's sewer line for clogs, cracks, collapse, or displacement. The need for a Plumbing Scope inspection may be initiated by persistent clogs, water pooling in fixtures, or gurgling as your sink drains. Soft areas around the exterior of the home may be signs of underground waste water pipes being affected by tree trunks. Another concern for Arizona residents is that some areas still contain Orangeburg piping. Orangeburg is a bituminous fiber pipe made from coal tar and wood pulp and was used from the 1860s through the 1970s. Orangeburg piping is known to decay and collapse over time.

I am an Arizona native, born in Scottsdale (1971). I’ve worked as a firefighter in the US Navy and here in Arizona. I have 2 years of construction training, a BS in Psychology, plus a few Business Administration classes.
